2. Minimum Service Guaranteed

 

Still Focus is a professional photography provider, and the delivery of excellent results is paramount to our activity. Any service will be commissioned with the quantity of pictures and/or video length specified below:

Full Property's Portfolio - £275.00

​

• Up to 26 still images - 20 still images taken by camera, and 6 still images taken by drone

• Approximately 2 minutes of video footage taken by camera

• Approximately 2 minutes of aerial video footage taken by drone

Property Photography - £70.00

​

• Up to 12 still images taken by camera

​

Aerial Photography - £95.00​

​

• Up to 6 still images taken by drone

• Approximately 2 minutes video footage taken by drone

3. Still images and video footage resolutions

​

Still Focus delivers still images and video footages taken to a property as a single portfolio. All portfolio's files are submitted to post-production editing to ensure correct levels of light, colour, contrast and sharpening. Files' formats, resolutions and aspect ratios are commissioned as follows:

• Still Images Format: JPEG

• Resolution: 6240 x 4160 pixels

• Aspect Ratio: 3:2  for both Landscape and Portrait modes

Video footages taken by camera

​

• Video Footages Format: MP4

• Resolution: 1920×1080

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Video footages taken by drone

​

• Video Footages Format: MP4

• Resolution: 1920×1080

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9

4. Drone operations

​

Drone equipment is a sensitive technology and can't be subject to adverse weather conditions. Also, due to strict aviation authority regulations, the use of drones in certain areas of the UK are subject to specific requirements and permissions.

 

Despite the fact that in the majority of situations the use of drones doesn't constitute any issue, Still Focus reserves the right of not using the drone if:

• The weather is overcast with probability of rain or snow

• The wind speed is above 25mph

• The property is located nearby any airport

• The property is located nearby any military building or compound

• The property is located in a extremely dense populated area (eg. city, town centre)

​

To ensure high standards of safety, the area where the drone will be operating must be free of people, children, pets and farm animals. Still Focus will not be liable for injuries inflicted to a person or animal caused by a drone accident.

5. Commissioning timeframe

​

Still Focus delivers a portfolio within 48-72 hours after the session. We use secured transfer services such as WeTransfer to handover our work.

 

Still Focus makes every portfolio available, and free of charge, for a period of 30 days after the work's commissioning.

 

6. Storage and Backups

​

Still Focus keep backups of all portfolios in secure storage drives for the minimum period of 10 years from the date of the session. Records can be requested at any time during this period, and it has the cost of £25.00 per portfolio.

7. Copyright and Licensing

​

As a creator, Still Focus is the Copyright Owner of all still images and/or video footages produced. Still Focus contractors are granted with a perpetual License which allows the use of all purchased still images and/or video footages in promotional platforms such as:

​

• Social media accounts (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, etc..)

• Websites

• Catalogues, property brochures and leaflets

• Direct mail and emails

• Internal communications

​

By default, Still Focus as a content creator reserves the right to promote its own work in any platform (digital and/or printed).

​

8. Privacy Policy

​

Still Focus does not reveal personal information of contractors, or exact locations where photography/video sessions were produced.

​

9. Cancellation Policy

​

To cancel your booking, please send us an email to hello@stillfocus.co.uk 24 hours in advance. Still Focus won't issue refunds for cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to the session. We can, however, agree on putting on hold your booking for a later day/time for the same or different property.
